This Privacy Policy explains what HighMiri collects, how we use it, and how Parents and Guardians can manage information for their family.

What HighMiri Collects

HighMiri collects the information needed to create and manage a family finance education experience. This may include account details, family setup information, kid account details, activity records, uploaded proof images, and support messages you send to us.

Parent/Guardian Information

Parents and Guardians may provide names, email addresses, passwords, profile images, family membership details, consent records, and settings for how their family uses HighMiri.

Kid Account Information

Kid accounts may include a kid's name, username, profile image, family relationship, login status, and activity inside the family account. Kids cannot self-register for HighMiri.

Uploaded Photos/Proof Images

Families may upload photos or proof images for chores, deposits, or other family activity. These images are used to help Parents and Guardians review requests and manage family learning activity.

Family Financial Education Activity

HighMiri may store educational and organizational activity such as chores, allowance records, savings goals, requests, approvals, notes, categories, and internal family balances. These records are for learning and organization inside HighMiri.

How Information Is Used

We use information to provide the platform, authenticate users, support Parent/Guardian controls, show family activity, help families review requests, improve reliability, protect accounts, and respond to support needs.

Parent Controls

Parents and Guardians manage family setup, kid accounts, approvals, settings, and kid access. They can review kid activity inside the family account and control whether a kid has login access.

Children's Privacy / COPPA

HighMiri is designed for parent-managed family use. Parent/Guardian consent is required before kid profiles are added. We collect kid information only to provide the family finance education experience authorized by the Parent or Guardian.

No Sale of Children's Personal Information

HighMiri does not sell children's personal information.

No Behavioral Advertising to Kids

HighMiri does not serve child-directed behavioral advertising and does not use kid account activity to target ads to kids.

Data Deletion Requests

Parents and Guardians may contact us to request deletion of family or kid information. We may need to keep limited records when required for security, legal, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect HighMiri accounts and family information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so families should use strong passwords and protect account access.
